The 2010 Fall Term calendar will be here soon. It will include
events for Creek Crossing Music Studio only, apart from the Mesquite
Music Teachers Association (MAMTA). Other events will remain with
MAMTA. The 2010 Fall Term is August 23 to December 14.
2009 Fall Term
Aug. 31 First day of Fall Term. Welcome back!
Oct. 31 Fall Recital at Mesquite Arts Center
Nov. 7 Texas State Theory Exam (for students in grades 1-12) at Lakeside Baptist Church. Saturday morning lessons will be rescheduled.
Nov. 21 Hymn Festival at Eastfield College
Dec. 12 Christmas Play-a-thon at Hobby Lobby
Dec. 12 Last day of Fall Term
Dec. 13 Local Composition Performances
Fall Enrichment Classes:
Grades 1-3 meet Thursdays from 6:30 to 7:30.
Grades 4-6 meet Fridays from 6:00 to 7:00.
Grades 7-12 meet by special arrangement.
2010 Spring Term
Jan. 4 First day of Spring Term. Welcome back!
Feb. 6 Spring Theory Test (for students in grades 1-12) at Lakeside Baptist Church. Saturday morning lessons will be rescheduled.
Feb. 20 Solo Concerto & Ensemble Auditions at Mesquite Arts Center
Feb. 27 Jazz Festival at Eastfield College
Mar. 6 Master Class, location TBA
Mar. 15-20 Spring break - no lessons or classes.
Mar. 27 World of Music Test (for students in grades 1-12) at Creek Crossing Music Studio. Saturday morning lessons will be rescheduled.
Apr. 10 Spring Festival at Eastfield College
Apr. 25 Spring Recital at Mesquite Arts Center
May 29 Last day of Fall Term
